Pre listing

I will take care of all the necessary documents needed for a listing to include, but not limited to, gathering seller signatures, utility information, HOA docs (if able).

Schedule photos, measurements, cleaning, etc.

Create listing in your MLS. Add photos, attachments, set up Showingtime, etc.

Create the listing in Skyslope and add all required documents.

Provide Just Listed or Open House flyers to market on your social media pages.

Send seller a copy of all executed documents via email or google drive link.

Contract to close

Review all necessary/required paperwork for compliance and send out for corrections if needed.

Send executed contract to Lender & Attorney. Schedule closing, inspections, etc. Order home warranty if applicable.

Dictate arrangements for delivery of EMD and/or DD fees.

Obtain & deliver Utility information. Request HOA and CC&R copies.

Follow up and keep track of contingencies and deadlines to ensure all are met on time.

Communicate with all parties weekly to ensure everything is on track for closing.

Submit final paperwork immediately to ensure agent is paid promptly.
